The Spanish-born designer Francisco Rico graduated in 2013 from the prestigious Kensington and Chelsea College. He has been studying millinery techniques with Rose Cory and in Central St. Martins. Coming from a business background he decided to change career to pursue his ambition. He discovered that London was the perfect environment to develop and hone his passion and expertise in headpieces.
FRANCISCO RICO LONDON was launched from a small east London studio in 2015. It's a contemporary fashion label, known for its elegant and stylish headpiece designs with a classic twist. Developing a couture collection a year, working in private commissions, as well as collaborating with leading fashion publications.

Francisco Rico is an award-winning milliner, who has designed headpieces for shows in London, Royal Ascot, and the Met Gala in New York. Finalist of “Making Headway” of Hat Works museum. He has produced theatrical headpieces for the award winning Broadway musical Aladdin, and has created customised hats for the singer Will.i.am. He won the fashion category of the Emerging Creatives Program of The Hospital Club Foundation 2016/2017. His hats have been featured in VOGUE, The Sunday Times, ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, and sold by Fenwick's department store on Bond Street.
